I am a heavy manufacturing industry professional with 30 years’ of experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service. Over my career, I have become known for driving process improvement and change management within businesses that provide low-volume/high variability products, through global cross-functional collaboration. 


Previous work included deploying a product competitiveness methodology focused on the entire value stream of a specific product in its portfolio. These efforts resulted in extending the product life cycle within the respective market segment. 


My specialty is in Business Process Improvements, Change Management, Global Cross-Functional Collaboration, Management Systems, ISO Compliance, and Design-to-Value Methodology.
