Edit and Steffen have both been in the industry for over 30 years, having built a reputation on fixing broken businesses as well as developing new organizations from scratch. Steffen’s primary focus in our community is as your mentor in developing yourself, your self-confidence in being a leader, and teaching you the competency to motivate and influence others. In turn, Edit digs into the structure and the foundation of your business and team to identify where your gaps are amongst the strengths that you have and how to fill those gaps with opportunities and growth of the team itself, while Steffen focuses on your leadership. We both evaluate your overall portfolio, how to manage the threats that you may have from the competition as well as the mindset to think differently in executing your processes. We do this through an online program that generates big profits with a small team.
We developed this program from the Value Management Method, which we have perfected through the years.
