I am a heavy manufacturing industry professional with 30 years’ of experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service. Over my career, I have become known for driving process improvement and change management within businesses that provide low-volume/high variability products, through global cross-functional collaboration.

Previous work included deploying a product competitiveness methodology focused on the entire value stream of a specific product in its portfolio. These efforts resulted in extending the product life cycle within the respective market segment.

I spent the last 15 years building small to mid-size businesses and transforming large divisions of blue-chip companies that had stopped performing to customer expectations, incurring market share slippage and staff exodus.
